This is a Blood Records Drop and there were only 5,000 made. It is numbered and brand new. This is number 3,164. It has never been played. It was shipped to me open so I took pictures and then immediately put it in a plastic cover to keep it in great condition.

This format is limited and features an alternative, numbered art sleeve.
